Key personnel of the Institute include 58 staff units, among which there are 29 scientific personnel, of which 12 are chief scientific workers, 9 are senior scientific workers, 7 are scientific workers, 1 is a doctoral student, 2 is a master's degree. Out of 29 scientific employees, 25 are Ph.D. One of the scientific staff of the institute is an academician of the Academy of Sciences of Georgia, 3 are members of the Engineering Academy of Georgia, and one is an invited professor of the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT).
